In ownership style, activity situation, clearance scale and spatial structure, a geographical area difference was found in the architecture of neighborhood community centers. 2. The area of the community center in old residential districts increases in proportion to the number of households in that neighborhood community, particularly in neighborhoods doing a traditional entertainment. An area of community centers in new residential areas is fixed uniformly. 3. As for the community center use, everyday use is lower in the central area than in the suburbs, but it is concentrated in festival periods. Community centers in the central area are used mainly as storage space for festival tools, while community centers in the suburbs are constituted around a meeting room.}, pages = {59--70}, title = {公民館建築の地域性--都心部と郊外における自治会公民館の比較研究}, volume = {45}, year = {2004}, yomi = {ムラタ, アキヒサ} }
