 note = {Kōfukuji, a temple of the Ōbaku Zen Sect in Nagasaki, Japan, is the site of a Chinese cemetery dating back to the Edo Period. The cemetery is mostly intact, but little systematic research has been conducted to date on the subject. The purpose of the present research is to investigate the particulars of the people buried there and to shed light on the cemetery in the context of the history of international exchange in Nagasaki. The author also plans to conduct an excavation of the graves of two prominent persons.},
