In this study, based on an example of regional revitalization in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, businesses, high schools, and others in the northern Nagasaki City, Our University is one of the missions of regional universities based on regional inter-organizational cooperation. 
　One of the greatest missions of regional universities is to contribute to regional management strategies that regional universities are trusted to take on as “knowledge” and influence the cooperation between regional organizations. It is to foster and supply "human resources" who are in charge of the environment. 
　Spinning with the community by returning value to the community is the dynamism of inter-organizational collaboration at local universities.},
